1. Products & Orders

  • We sell dining room furniture, including dining tables, dining chairs, and sideboards.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Color & Material Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and natural variations in materials (wood grain, fabric dye lots), actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from product images . These natural variations are not considered defects.

  • Many of our products are made-to-order and require production time before shipping .

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

  • Made-to-order items are final sale once production has begun .

  • A 48-hour grace period applies for cancellations before production starts .

  • Once production begins, no order changes or cancellations are permitted.

  • Lead times are estimates and subject to change .

3. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for proper assembly, installation, and use of all products.

  • Dining Tables & Sideboards:

    • Follow all assembly instructions carefully.

    • Place on level, stable surfaces.

    • Use coasters and trivets to protect surfaces from heat and moisture .

    • Do not exceed weight recommendations.

  • Dining Chairs:

    • Regularly check and tighten bolts and connections.

    • Do not use chairs as ladders or standing platforms.

    • Ensure proper assembly before use.

  • Furniture Stability: Follow all included anti-tip safety guidelines, especially for taller sideboards .

4. Furniture Safety Standards
Our products comply with applicable U.S. safety standards, including:

  • ASTM F2057-23 for clothing storage unit stability (applicable to taller sideboards) 

  • CPSC 16 CFR 1303 for lead content limits

  • Federal flammability standards for upholstered components

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from improper assembly, failure to follow safety guidelines, or accidents .

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
