Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your dining room furniture. Due to the size, nature, and assembly requirements, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for items in brand new, unused, and unassembled condition, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals .

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Assembled Furniture: Any dining table, dining chair, or sideboard that has been assembled, used, or shows any signs of wear.

  • Custom or Special Order Items: Furniture ordered in specific sizes, finishes, fabrics, or configurations .

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is" .

  • Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact or is damaged.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.

3. Return Process & Fees (For Eligible Unassembled Items)

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted .

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all protective materials, hardware, and instructions.

  • Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for safely repacking the item and arranging return shipping .

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For large items like dining tables and sideboards, these costs can be significant .

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all accepted returns to cover processing, inspection, and inventory loss .

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return . Original shipping fees are non-refundable .

4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different color, size, or style are handled as a return (following the process above) and a new purchase. Please place a new order for the desired item . We do not offer direct exchanges .

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing .

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the damage/defect and all packaging.

  3. Keep all packaging materials.
    We will arrange a replacement part, partial refund, or full replacement as appropriate.

6. Concealed Damage
For damages discovered after unboxing (concealed damage), contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier .

7. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Many of our dining tables and sideboards are made-to-order. These items are final sale once production has begun. A 48-hour grace period may apply for cancellations before production starts .

8. Color & Material Variations
Due to the handcrafted nature of many pieces, natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish should be expected. These variations are not considered defects . We recommend ordering material samples before purchasing.
