Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout based on item size/weight and destination.

Times: Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout. These are carrier estimates and not guarantees .
4. Delivery Process for Freight Items

Once your order arrives at the local terminal, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window .

Standard delivery is curbside or threshold (doorstep) . The driver will not bring items inside or upstairs unless White Glove service was purchased.

Inspection is critical: Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect all packages for visible damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt .

All products are insured during shipping.

Visible Damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

Concealed Damage: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and all packaging .

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 48 hours of placing it without penalty .
