Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Times

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 5-7 business days .

  • Made-to-Order Items: Production time varies by product (stated on product page, typically 2-8 weeks). You will receive updates on your order status .

  • During peak seasons, production and shipping times may fluctuate.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We partner with:

  • Small Parcels (Chairs): UPS, FedEx, USPS 

  • Freight Items (Tables, Sideboards): Specialized freight carriers 

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout based on item size/weight and destination.

  • Times: Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout. These are carrier estimates and not guarantees .

4. Delivery Process for Freight Items

  • Once your order arrives at the local terminal, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window .

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold (doorstep) . The driver will not bring items inside or upstairs unless White Glove service was purchased.

  • Inspection is critical: Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect all packages for visible damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt .

5. Shipping Damages & Claims
All products are insured during shipping.

  • Visible Damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed Damage: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and all packaging .

  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection.

  • Claims can take time to resolve.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 48 hours of placing it without penalty .

  • Orders that have entered production (made-to-order items) cannot be canceled .

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

7. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the contiguous United States.
